Bart Valad is a Staff Attorney at the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation, where he represents clients whose rights have been violated by the abuses of forced unionism.

A member of the Virginia bar since 1998, Valad has represented more than 200 clients in federal and state court, including acting as counsel in both plaintiffs’ and defense litigation.
