FEC Fails to Investigate Teachers’ Complaint of NEA Union Money Laundering Scheme
Employee rights advocate weighs federal lawsuit
Washington, DC (January 5, 2010) – Apparently without conducting a field investigation, the Federal Election Commission (FEC) dismissed a complaint against one of the most politically active unions in America after evidence surfaced that union officials deposited illegally laundered dues money into its political action committee (PAC).
Citing in part lack of sufficient funding to enforce the law, the FEC junked a complaint filed by the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation and two Alabama teachers who discovered a union scheme to divert convention reimbursements into the National Education Association (NEA) union’s PAC.
When attending the NEA’s 2004 national convention, Daphne Middle School science department chair Claire Waites was deceived into supporting the NEA’s PAC and was determined that it would not happen again. However, Waites and Assistant Principal Dr. Jeanne Fox, both members of the Baldwin County Education Association (BCEA), Alabama Education Association (AEA), and NEA unions, discovered the practice continues.

Teachers and unions
I would not teach in a unionized state. The NEA in NC makes snide remarks about non-Democrat political candidates in an obvious effort to cast aspersions on anyone not in agreement with their politics. (Of course, they support Obama-Lack-of-Care, but complain when the bill wants to tax teacher health care plans - and rightly so.)
Just wait until Osama Obama gets full wind in his sails: All teachers in all states will be unionized and have to take a loyalty oath to the fed. gov't.; textbook content will be uniform and socialist-oriented; all minorities will be heroes and all WASPs, including the Founders, will be disparaged; there will be one nationalist education system, with special privileges and benefits for minorities (as in Arizona, minority students with a racial history of anti-social behavior will be excused from punishment and correction). Students will be required to wear uniforms (anyone remember the Hitler Youth ?)Al Sharpton and Newt Gingrich are preparing to go around convincing Americans that they know something about education beyond their own personal experience. Americans, you have seen only the beginning of another man-made disaster designed to destroy the Republic.

With the exception of mandatory uniforms, it's pretty much like this all over now. One of my sons-in-law teaches Latin in a small, private Christian school with a classical curriculum. One of the perks is free tuition for his children. Thank God.
Corruption in the ranks
Corruption in the ranks of so many backstabbing Lawyers, Judges and politicians but what can you expect the law was intended to get to the truth and protect the innocent but these creeps have changed that only a few of them would considering following the real law or the truth. It is time to end this and remove all who won't do the intended job and close all schools that won't teach the necessity of legal truth. Gee wonder what they meant buy perjury it must be 1 of those things that was put in as window dressing only.

There was an guy that was chief of police,in crossville Alabama.
His name was Ronal West. I was 13 or 14 years old when I heard that he had raped a couple of girls about 13 or 14 years old. Then i heard later on that he was pulling young girls over and treatin them to lock them up with faults charges if they didnt have sex with them. Yet nobody would investigate or think about doing anything about it.
I done graduated school and went on with my life when I heard them idiots had elected him mayor. I drove an truck,at that time doing what I could to support my 4 kids and wife, I had move my wife to an apartment so we could have our house redne insidr and out. I had the power cut off and gas so went they came in to redo it that would not be an issue.
Well I got an call,that my house was on fire, So of course I ask my dispatcher to send me home so she did.
When I got home it was burn completely to the ground,I didn,t have insurance,so I lost everthing.
Come to find out that 2 people had call the crossville police department,the 1st guy call twice, They told him that they would not send out the fire department, then an lady drove up there and told them ,they told her no,and again they done notting. Not even contact whoever that they thought that was sopose to go there. They just let it burn.
When I went to confront the so call mayor told me that it was out of there jurriediction, and my reply was that didn't seem to matter while your men pulling people over,around there. Why didn,t they call whoever was sopose to come out there, and he said why sould we.
Well he had an video store with tanning beds, and he got caught tapeing young girls takeing there clotes off in order to get in the tanning beds. Then findley he rape one of them, they try to keep it hush hush, but the F.B.I. got invode,even then it took calling the head office, before they desided to do anything about it. He die in jail.
AND IT GOES ON AND ON, YES IT NEEDS TO BE STOP FROM THE WHITEHOUSE, TOO THE LOCAL !!!!!!!!!
What's Coming
This is going to be the most corrupt Administration in American History. We are on a fast pace to becoming a third world country under the leadership of the Socialist Progressive "powers that be" working behind the scenes. The play book of Rules For Radicals is in full swing and being used by the White House and the leadership in the House and Senate. We can't miss our opportunity this November to vote in some candidates that will actually govern by the Constitution and stop the ridiculous taxing and spending. I pray daily that somehow all this corruption will be exposed and unearthed, and that the American people will realize what is truly going on and rise up and demand answers, and perhaps justice. At least Obama is attempting to rectify the current tax imbalance whereby the uber-wealthy have half the tax rate of their middle-class cousins. He's also cutting the tax benefits received by companies shipping jobs abroad. Through Healthcare Reform, he is attempting to bring the US more in line with the rest of the civilized world in covering 100% of the population. We currently spend 18% of GNP covering 2/3 of the population. How come France spends 10.7% covering everyone, and having worked in most countries of Europe, I can vouch for the quality.
So you imagine that Willard (Mitt's actual first name) will bring the perfection you crave? A man who has switched his opinion on every subject, a man who actually owns a company, Stericycle (see http://www.care2.com/causes/bain-romney-invested-in-company-that-dispose...) that gets rid of aborted fetuses, who keeps his enormous fortune overseas in secret Swiss and Cayman Island bank accounts so he can evade paying his already reduced taxes, a man who made his fortune on the backs of American workers and companies that ended up as zombies with their lifeblood $$$ sucked out, a man whose record shows that in a variety of roles, he off-shored or outsourced jobs overseas that should have remained in the U.S.
