A copy of the brief can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/nrtw.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Ogle-Lee-Amicus-Brief.pdf\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The case seeks the refund of forced fees taken from Ohio teachers in violation of their First Amendment rights, as recognized in the <i>Janus v. AFSCME<\/i> US Supreme Court case, argued by Foundation staff attorney William Messenger.
