Karass"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On February 19, 2008 the United States Supreme Court granted a petition for a writ of <i>certiorari<\/i> filed by National Right to Work Foundation attorneys for a group of twenty Maine state employees objecting to the misuse of their compulsory union dues. <\/p>\n<p>\nThe case, <i>Daniel Locke et al. v. Edward Karass et al.<\/i>, will directly address whether non-union employees can be forced to pay for litigation activities far removed from their workplaces.
