{"id":1893,"date":"2008-01-07T20:03:42","date_gmt":"2008-01-07T20:03:42","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2024-02-07T13:10:19","modified_gmt":"2024-02-07T18:10:19","slug":"petition-against-union-representation","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.nrtw.org\/es\/petition-against-union-representation\/","title":{"rendered":"Solicitud en contra de la \u00abRepresentaci\u00f3n\u00bb sindical"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"\/petition-against-union-representation\">[In English]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Los empleados abajo firmantes NO quieren ser representado por el sindicato ______________________________[ESCRIBIR EL NOMBRE], NO quieren unirse al sindicato y NO quieren apoyar al sindicato de ninguna forma. <\/p>\n<p>En la medida en que alguno de los empleados abajo firmantes haya firmado en cualquier momento una \u00abtarjeta de autorizaci\u00f3n\u00bb sindical anteriormente u otra indicaci\u00f3n de su apoyo a la representaci\u00f3n sindical, por medio de la presente los empleados abajo firmantes REVOCAN esa tarjeta, con efecto inmediato.
