En respuesta a estos informes y a las preguntas de los trabajadores de Amy&#8217;s Kitchen que han sido blanco de la campa\u00f1a de Teamsters, la National Right To Work Foundation est\u00e1 emitiendo este especial aviso legal para todos los trabajadores afectados por las acciones de Teamsters.<\/p>\n<p><b>La campa\u00f1a de Teamsters plantea preocupaciones serias para los trabajadores que creen que hay mucho que perder de ser forzados a una representaci\u00f3n sindical y a pagar cuotas obligatorias a los Teamsters para mantener sus trabajos.  Por ello, los trabajadores que se enfrentan a tal campa\u00f1a de organizaci\u00f3n sindical tan agresiva frecuentemente contactan   la Fundaci\u00f3n para aprender c\u00f3mo pueden protegerse de las presiones y t\u00e1cticas coercitivas de los jefes sindicales.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Los reportajes de los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n indican que los Teamsters han organizado un boicot al nivel del consumidor a los productos que estos trabajadores producen para Amy\u2019s Kitchen, amenazando as\u00ed el sustento de los mismos trabajadores que los Teamsters dicen querer \u00abrepresentar\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><b>La Fundaci\u00f3n quiere que los trabajadores de Amy&#8217;s Kitchen sepan las siguientes cosas:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p><b>Los trabajadores no tienen que firmar ninguna tarjeta a favor de los Teamsters.<\/b> A pesar de las declaraciones a menudo enga\u00f1osas de los jefes sindicales, ning\u00fan empleado est\u00e1 obligado a firmar ninguna tarjeta de autorizaci\u00f3n sindical, que el sindicato contar\u00e1 como un \u00abvoto\u00bb a favor de la sindicalizaci\u00f3n.
