If your records show me as a member, I hereby resign that membership, effective immediately.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nEffective immediately, I revoke any dues checkoff authorization I may have signed to allow money to be deducted from my salary and paid to UFCW Local 1459 or any of its affiliates.  Now that there is no longer a collective bargaining agreement in effect between the union and my employer, federal law stipulates that any dues checkoff authorization may be revoked at any time.
