It is hereby declared to be the public policy of this State that the right of persons to work shall not be denied or abridged on account of membership or nonmembership in any labor union or labor organization. (Enacted March 19, 1954.)   &#xA7; 41-7-20. Agreement between employer and labor organization denying nonmembers right to work or requiring union membership unlawful.</description></oembed>
