As in <a href="http://www.volunteertv.com/home/headlines/15681342.html">this instance</a> in Tennessee, union officials hold such pickets for pretty much any reason under the sun, but usually for simply being non-union. </p> <p> This, no doubt, leaves employees forced to foot the bill for this activity scratching their heads.
