Prime received free legal aid from the National Right to Work Foundation.</p> <p>Union officials commonly use such <a href="/b/nr_topics/forceddues.php">tactics</a> to hamstring employees from exercising their rights under the Foundation-won <i><a href="/foundation-won.htm">Communications Workers v.
