PBS Documentary About the Right to Work Movement

The PBS documentary series "Voices of Vision" produced a feature on the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation and Right to Work movement. View Part 1 of 3 below. The video highlights first hand testimonials from the victims of compulsory unionism, American workers to which the Foundation provides free legal aid every day.

Video: Union Intimidation in Action

As the National Institute for Labor Relations Research documents, every year there are hundreds of incidents of union violence, and countless more go unreported. However, since only a tiny percentage of them end up in arrests or convictions, people often have trouble grasping the scope of the problem.

This video (about a campaign of union violence and intimidation surrounding a strike in Westminster, VA) demonstrates how emotionally damaging such intimidation is to rank-and-file workers who refuse to toe the union line. The retaliation in this case took the form of Godfather-esque bullying. If only union violence was Hollywood fiction.


Mark Mix on Fox and Friends

Right to Work President Mark Mix made a national TV appearance on "Fox and Friends" on the Fox News Channel last week. He discussed the so-called "Public Safety Employer-Employee Cooperation Act" with Congressman Joe Sestak (D-PA).

Speaking of the economic benefits of Right to Work, here's another recent national television appearance by Mark Mix on CNBC's "Power Lunch" discussing that very topic.

Right to Work President Mark Mix is scheduled to make a national TV appearance on "Your World W/Neil Cavuto" on the Fox News Channel shortly after 4:00 Eastern today. He will be discussing union political involvement and the abuses many workers aided by National Right to Work face at the hands of union officials. UPDATE: Watch Mark's appearance below, note that no union official came forward to defend denying America's workers a true choice.
