The National Right to Work Foundation has seen again and again the UAW union hierarchy pressure companies into cutting backroom deals designed to push workers into union ranks in exchange for concessions, including those involving wages and benefits. Foundation staff attorneys have provided free legal aid  to protect employees at other plants where the UAW was engaged in Top Down Organizing.
