States the memo:</p> <blockquote><p> &quot;The decision whether to join or not join the strike is an individual decision for each person to make.&quot; </p> </p></blockquote> <p>Unfortunately, many employees across America do not know about these rights or are <a href="/b/nr_topics/strikeabuse.php">stonewalled </a>in excercising them by union officials.
