Barack Obama and the state of Arizona

I have a question for you and hopefully you can help me with this. I work for the State of Arizona and I am not a member of any of the two unions here. SEIU representatives continue to come to our office wanting people to sign up, which is fine, but no one is signing. Today, they told us that Mr. Obama is intending to force Arizona to no longer be a right to work state and that we all are subject to joining their union. I don't hold any stock in this because I don't think he can do that, at least I'm not sure if he can do that. I know these union reps will try to sell anything for you to join up, but this one sounds a little too drastic.
