"right to work" bullshit

open ur eyes u all have the right to work. union by choice dues are a small price to pay for a better life what about the dues u pay to the federal gov. this is america i made my choice im union

so put ur eyes where they need to be and quit lineing up like cattle at the slaughter house waiting to get butchered thinking ur gonna get fed.

Huh

You fine folks touting the virtues of unions need to learn how to spell? Hello!!! Lineing???? Really

What union dues?

I make 2-3 times more than my non-union counterpart. I pay 4% in dues, well worth it. O wait you say there giving that money to Democrats. They actually only use a small % of the 4%, which is not enough for me too give up my fair wages. Plus with idoits like Bush, Romney, Palin, and the other teabaggers I would give 10%. These so called lawyers who themselves are in a union, find 1 or 2 people out of thousands and expect us to believe there forced to fund the democrats. What I'm seeing is a couple of people who let their racism cloud their judgement.

What Union Dues?

Why do u want your hard earned income go to support
union bosses and their families when you can use it
to support your own family. Also, why do people who
disagree always use racism in their arguments?

Union Bosses?

The term "union bosses" is very humerous. Our manager, agents, organizers, teachers, are all from the membership. They are elected to their position by the membership. I understand to have a "good" union you must elect people to run the day to day operations affiliated with unions. Someone has to take care of issues that arise in everyday work, someone has to account for all expenditures and pay the bills, someone has to operate our pension and health care funds. With over 700 members and their families it is a very busy job dealing with insurance. So I am glad to help support these people, because inturn I recieve a service. And like I've stated before I recieve 10 fold what I give in. Racism? I work with blacks, whites, and hispanics everyday and enjoy it. What if seen this past three years is very depressing as a young adult. The way people can act towards a very intelligent man due to the color of his skin is sicking. No they don't come out and say the "n" word, but actions speak louder than words. Calling someone a terrorist, muslim, nazi, and tons of other slurs is racially motivated. If you scroll through any blogs here you will see some of these people need help.
