Dues, Fees, Assessments

The Iron Workers International's Constitution, District Council and Local By-laws are very clear,
ANY assessment, fees or dues can only be increased by resolution at the local level. They refuse to enforce their agreement to the membership. We are told we dont have a right to vote on supplemental dues increases.
We are in one hell of a fight right now. Its no wonder no one wants to join unions any more.
