It was Mr. Plunkett that made this possible!

If it weren't for Mr. Plunkett, this terminal in Sacramento would be Union to this day. Mr. Plunkett is the one that does deserve all the credit. He tackled the Local Union 150 head on, and won!

It was the very 1st case in San Francisco, California under the Dana Corp. on Sept 29,2007, and Mr. Plunkett does deserve all the credit. Mr. Mix, we 49 employees would appreciate it very much if you could add on another accomplishment for Mr. Plunkett on your website "Legal Staff".
