Is this method of the union legal in the State of Virginia? This is how the IBEW got into where I work and there was nobody from the labor board present at the voting only union officials and nobody was present from the company HR department. Of course the union said they won the vote but they are the one's who counted the votes and I don't think they had 50 percent then or now that want the union there. They have done nothing but lie and cheat thier way in and even had the nerve to tell me that if I did not join the union I would be looking for a new job.
If its not legal how do I report this to the Virginia Labor Board?? Please help.
