I think that saying that the Employee Free Choice Act is only for unions and not for the employees within that workgroup that they represent is pure fallacy. A union by definition is an organization of employees formed to bargain with the employer (http://wordreference.com). If the employees at a worksite vote by majority to close the shop, who is to say that is not as or more democratic than our government??
